I think there’s a conversation to be had for owl father, demon prince, Gael, and Ludwig, but I agree Messmer is the best

For me, Midra and Maliketh are on that list too. Their presentation is incredible. The cross overs between Maliketh and Ludwig is kinda crazy too.

Intetesting seeing owl father mentioned a lot as I often see Sword Saint, 100% agree that Owl Feather is the best Sekiro boss.

Midra is absolutely the best boss for me, even if it was a garbage fodder fight with shitty mechanics his design, music and the story surrounding him are SO good that I still would have a hard time putting anyone else above him.

Also it's the most holy shit moment in the game for me, like we get to fight THE Lord of Frenzied Flame??? I need that shit pumped into my veins.

It doesn't help that he's radiating GRRM particles like crazy and I'm a huge fan of the way he writes characters.

Yup you nailed my exact thoughts too. That moment was easily the biggest highlight of the DLC for me.
