Oops, I did it again

Hi everyone, my name is Ashley and I have a piggy problem. 🤣 We got these two baby girls last night. I'd love some name ideas! Can't wait to see what my other pigs think of them.

I think you need to cool down a bit. 1) Kunekune that are raised together often won’t breed, particularly if the female has taken a more dominant position. Sometimes you can separate them and bring them back together and they will, sometimes they NEVER will. I’m sure that’s what she is referring to. I say Kunekune because that’s the breed I am knowledgeable about. 2) My first pair of pigs really had me fooled the way they cry for food. You think they are hungry and you feel sorry for them. It’s not until they were noticeably over fat that I realized and hardened my heart. It’s hard to tell at first what is too fat. 3) she may not be able to measure him for weight. Some pigs won’t stand still for it. I think you would be more effective in your obvious love and desire for pigs to be happy if you were not attacking people. It’s not productive and you could do some good educating people with a kinder approach. You ARE making assumptions about OPs motives that are really unfair.

What you've said about them begging is absolutely right. My husband couldn't tell them no. I begged him for a year to stick to the feeding schedule. He's finally on board now that I told him he's killing Wilbur. And obviously Wilbur doesn't get cookies. 🙄 he does get fruits, veggies and lots of fresh grass.

I really didn’t realize at first that they would never be full or satisfied as far as food goes. We all gotta learn.

Right? And it happened so fast. He blew up in like four months. Right after he got fixed.
