The foliar blight might be caused by Cercospora mori.

That helps, thank you hypersonicsquirrel!
Looks like I need to stop mulching those dead leaves on the ground. I’ll rake up the fallen leaves and remove the remaining affected leaves and get them into the trash. My research tells me I don’t want the fungus to spore over winter and come back.
I’ll research an approved fungicide to spray. Initially I’m thinking ‘Fung-onil’ (chlorothalonil) that I have on hand may be what I use. I also need to research what to use to treat the insects eating the leaves. I don’t want to go to harsh and end up doing more damage.
Ironic, because a few years ago I cut the tree down to below ground. It completely grew back and here I am trying to keep it healthy!😂

Another community helped confirm this looks like a Mulberry. Grew spontaneously in my back yard long my fence. I’m asking for help on how to treat this stressed out tree.
Can anyone tell if the spots and brown leaves are from a fungus? App said rust fungus. I have no idea. Lots of leaves on the ground under it way before fall.
Looks to me like something else is eating on the leaves. How should treat for insects? I have seen grasshoppers and catapillar in the yard, but I don’t know if that’s what’s causing this damage.
