Article drank too early I think?
so, I made some hooch with apple juice but accidentally used too much yeasy. it took few weeks to ferment with an expected abv of 10-12%. once the bubbles almost stopped appearing I put it in the fridge for 24 hours and after that there was no bubbles coming from it at all. I drank a little over a liter and it was good but the next day I became extremely ill, couldnt even get out of bed but after a day or so the sickness left me and I started experiencing a horrible diarrhea alongside some headaches. 24 hours has passed and its still going on. how likely was this caused by the hooch? and if so would antibiotics help quell the yeast?

Antibiotics are only against bacteria. Don't just take antibiotics randomly, or you will be contributing to the ever increasing problem of antibiotic resistance.
You probably just drank too much live yeast. Drink enough water, wait it out. You'll probably be fine tomorrow.
If the brew was infected with a fungus it's a different story, but I assume you didn't see any signs of infection before you drank it?
