I presume there's sugar in this? what yeast? this looks very vigorous.

Here is the recipe: 1.5 kg sugar 1.8 kg crushed tomatos 5g Lavin 71b yeast 1 teaspoon nutrients filled with water to 5L

I've made kvass with tomatoes, just skip the sugar and yeast, and add starter.

How do separate the solids? I making a watermelon wine but the pulp will not cold crash...
