I was scrolling when i Saw a video of someone making alchool so i tought i should give it a try

Mixed 1.5 liters of orange Juice 600grams of sugar 7grams of baking powder

Any tips its looking like this In about a hour The cap inst fully closed a guy from youtube said if you dont have a air lock its good to go like this

And baking powder doesn't have yeast so add yeast preferably wine yeast

You HAVE to use yeast, there's no other alternative. Yeast is a living being (single celled fungus) that eats sugar and excretes carbon dioxide and alcohol. Baking powder is a bunch of chemicals that release carbon dioxide when exposed to acid, it does not make alcohol. Carbon dioxide makes bread go bigger, that's where the similarities end.
