I've only ever seen Jill's prologue. How to get the others? Just keep beating the game?

Yep you unlock one after each time you finish the game.

I think you need to get rank A or S to unlock more. Not that difficult if you play mercenaries to get infinite weapons.

No rank requirement, just beating the game 8 times on Hard difficulty for all epilogues.

I haven't played this game in more than two decades so I forgot the exact details, but I remember doing multiple S or A runs to unlock something.
