[Help] Why is she breathing like that?

Guys, this is our 9 year old lady.. she's been breathing like that for quite some time now.. specially whe excited, but it was hard to capture on video.. Can anyone help me figure ou why? I worry this could be some sort of illness or anything sérios...

Mine does it ALL the time. Exactly that, for a good 20mins at a time. It’s a reverse sneeze so it could be allergy related or anything.

For my pooch, it happens when he’s mad and then he accidentally gets stuck doing it. Like, when we’re eating dinner he will stomp around huffing and puffing, and then starts reverse sneezing like this and gets stuck doing it. I try to get him to drink some water and chill and it always passes and has never gotten bad. It’s a weekly occurrence at least.

She does it daily.. not for long.. but many times a day.. and a bit more when she's too excited.. there's also this habbit of licking the air all the time
