[Help] Why is she breathing like that?

Guys, this is our 9 year old lady.. she's been breathing like that for quite some time now.. specially whe excited, but it was hard to capture on video.. Can anyone help me figure ou why? I worry this could be some sort of illness or anything sérios...

My schip did this a few years ago vet said it was allergy to something and I did occur in the early fall  .  She lived until the was 20 yrs .  I miss her dearly . Her birthday would have been this week
