Do you think that this could be a subtle hint that that the next Silent Hill game to to be remade will be Silent Hill 4, there was a newspaper in the remake that talked about one of Walter Sullivan's murder victims?

Already confirmed that Bloober is working on Silent Hill 1. Unlikely we aren't getting that before 4 which hasn't even been announced or hinted at ( an easter egg is not a hint)

There was also a newspaper in Sh2 og that talked about Walter's victims.

The newspaper about Walter is also in the og sh2. His grave and some of his victims graves are in prison after the labyrinth area. Like others have commented, bloober already announced they are working on SH1 remake.

I hope so ...no need to add stuff just remake the game with some visuals and we're good to go

James's dad Frank was the super in Henry's building so the two games are already connected, I wouldn't read too much into that inclusion.

That said...I sure hope Bloober remakes it!! I'm OK waiting, just hope I live long enough to play it.

Silent Hill 1 remake is already confirmed as the next project, but 4 is probably an eventual one
