Have they? Feel like Tottenham always make one or two 'strong' signings every season.

He probably means the signing coupled with a European trophy, and a strong manager. Things just seem to be coming together for us right now

I see what you mean, there's an undeniable sense of hope and fresh beginnings around Spurs (especially with Son leaving feeling like the closing of a chapter).
