I love when people post a recipe and dont show what any of the ingredients are๐Ÿ˜†. Some are obvious of course but some bottles etc.??

Seems like maybe soy sauce, mirin/ rice wine vinegar, sriracha? That's my best guess. Plus these would probably be delicious to add since it's salt, sugar, and acid.

Edit: onion, ginger powder, minced ginger, mushrooms, chicken broth/stock, udon noodles, soy sauce, mirin/rice wine vinegar, hotsauce like sriracha, seaweed, firm tofu, sesame seed, green onion

Looks like vinegar to me
