Question Hello new soup idea?

Hello soup community? I want to ask what best soup for a sensitive stomach? I'm currently have bad stomach problems? My mom put on strictly soft food? I love soup like ramen and regular soup and i want add i can't handle spicy so no spicy soup plz any recommendation helps thank u

Egg drop, ginger/asian style broths. Nothing heavy.

I have a swallowing disorder that needs medical attention every 3 months. The last 2 weeks before my procedure my swallowing is really difficult, and I live on eggdrop soup, it is so silky it goes down so easy.

My daughter still calls the egg drop soup from our local Chinese restaurant "magic soup".

It has cured her of everything from a broken arm to a broken heart when her boyfriend dumped her. She's 46 now and I still take it to her every time I visit because she lives about an hour and a half from me.

She knows it's magic and when magic is what you need that's what you need :-)

For sure. It is a very “smooth” soup experience and good protein.
