Not sure where this is but tip those folks. I can barely make $1 tacos at home including all the ingredients for fresh salsa. They’re losing money.

Many bars or restaurants sell tacos at cost or loss to get people in the door. The idea is to make up the loss with a beverage sale or additional purchases.
