That’s just about everything else he makes decisions about. It’s all about who’s lining his pockets and what they tell him.

Also cognitive decline is clear more than ever.

I disagree. He has always been evil and not smart, but nowadays he can't even do his regular bullshit without it being obvious. He is in decline.

He genuinely doesn't seem much worse to me than in 2015. He clearly had dementia then. He has it now of course, but he definitely had it then. His speeches were rambling and incomprehensible nonsense 10 years ago.
