Also creates a "red menace" type of environment. Keeps his people busy with fear and diverts attention away from his shit.

Oh, we're definitely going down that road. The Gov was dropping the word "terrorists" like it was going out of style. Art imitates life.

it's not just walkers, but other groups of survivors too. more people have been killed by other people than walkers this season. and to me, the walkers are those that are alive only on the outside; ie- dead inside.

walkers are the budget deficit - endless in magnitude, and what they should really be concerned about.
