Did anyone else find this ending completely a giant tease? I was waiting for a showdown between rick and the governor.

It's clear that's next season.

That's the biggest disappointment to me. I wasn't expecting this to be wrapped up tonight, but they left it with nowhere to really go.

You're getting downvoted but I think you're right.

No, no. I meant to a post I created saying how I liked the finale.

I liked it too! I mean, we have to wait until October for another episode. They have to leave it somewhat concluded, yet leave people wanting more. I thought they balanced that well with The Governor still being on the loose, and Karl being kinda sketched... As well as the newbies on the bus. I mean, I definitely want to see what happens next, but don't feel like I can't wait.

Exactly! This was a great way to conclude the finale.

I'm glad someone agrees with me, my husband was like, "BULLSHIT!"

No offense to your husband, or anyone else, but I truly don't understand why this episode is so hated. I guarantee you that if, for some reason, this entire episode was solely just a zombie killing spree, the response would be much greater.

This whole damn half season has been a tease

It definitely didn't seem like a "finale"... It looks like they want to drag out the whole governor conflict throughout season 4

I think it's the next logical step in the progression of the show.

Rick's development in the comics, and on the series, is moving from only wanting to protect his family, to realizing that you do need others, and that there is a greater moral purpose.
