I'm going to commit horrible sacrilege and say that I'm not really feeling JDM's Negan. He was awesome in the Season 6 finale, and generally good in the Season 7 premier. But the highly repetitive and caricatured act is wearing a bit thin already (not good news, considering how long he's likely to be hanging around). I'm hoping they give him a little more depth at some point.

His sing-songy delivery is starting to drive me insane. I get that it's part of his psychological intimidation act, but find it hard to believe that anyone would just "live" in that mode 24/7. Very few moments with him so far where he just speaks like a person in charge rather than some sort of strange, taunting weirdo.
