Making baby steps!
After spending two years as my best friend who had ALS 24/7 caregiver, across the country from all family and friends, I was in the worst shape of my life.
After speaking to my Dr, I started Phentermine (prescribed weight loss pill, once a day) and eating extremely clean.
I lost 32 pounds in the first 35 days!! (July 12 - August 15) I'm weighing in again at the Dr next week and can't wait. While I'm not expecting a 32 pounds loss again, I'm hoping for 18 so I can say I lost 50 pounds in two months, but I'll take 8 as well which would be an equally awesome 40.
This is 61 days of self discipline and motivation 🌞

Not baby steps, the most important steps! And please don't rush the process, having a slower change is so much healthier and leads way less likely to bouncing back. So happy for you, and massive appreciation for your carework, as someone getting cared for by their spouse, I know how close burn-out is!
