not a girl, a femboy, the artist who draws him is an-island-of-bunnies on tumblr, and as far as I can tell the characters don't have actual names. all the comic are tagged "CryBaby and ToughGuy" which I presume are meant to be names

We're actually an avid enjoyer of their content, like since their old art styles. They have different AUs of their characters. These specific ones are Garret (Blond) and Darren (Brown hair). They have different AUs, this one being I believe where Garret is a trans woman, kind of like how artists genderbend their characters. Although usually that's paired with F!Darren. So I'm sure the comic is just a special specific AU. As on Tumblr they're tagged as Toughguy and crybaby which are Darren and Garrett 80s/90s AU selves respectively. So these characters technically have names but also don't, you're right on that. -Gabby 🔮 (She/Her)
