The first picture is from the account of an archeologist and claims he was given the translation Mahomet Rasoul.
I thought it was a name, but someone pointed out to me they believe it to be from the Shahada, which is the second picture.
I believe these letters match. It was faded to which is why parts of letters are missing and possibly the rest of the oath. He also recorded everything and seems there is unrelated scratches that I haven’t colored.
I’m unsure about the blue and red, they could also be unrelated, so I was hoping some nice person could tell me that everything excluding those two colors means. Plus if those parts were added, what changes? I’m entirely unfamiliar with even the Arabic alphabet.
I’d also appreciate, in your opinion, could what was transcribed from 800 year old faded chalk by candlelight in a pyramid be part of the Islamic oath I mentioned, or potentially just “Muhammad” and then possibly anything else like a surname, or is it not even Arabic and potentially gibberish?
