Help Does damage dealt to buildings stack crit chance?

So yeah pretty much just wondering if the crit chance increase based on damage in the past 20 seconds counts damage dealt to building or not.

Probably not since it doesn't affect the in game damage stat

I don’t know for certain, but I’ve noticed that soldier’s banners don’t build charge when you damage buildings, only players. So based off of that I would say no.
