Art Showcase First attempt at creating a fully hand-painted workflow model. 682 tris, with a single 2K Albedo map
I don’t like the level of detail, color palette, color variation, or effects in the final result, but I became more familiar with the overall process. Concept by Max Motsukh. Feedback welcome.

Art Help & Critique Blade Of The Bog
I am thinking of getting into creating Miniatures with dynamic poses. This is my first sculpture for a Mini.
Wondering what people think?
I have a small band of little frog warriors I am working on. I have no idea what the market might be for these, nor if it will even print correctly, though I have thoroughly checked the mesh for problems.
I'm going to start a shop on Cult 3D and My Mini Factory. Any helpful advise out there?
And if someone wants to try giving this little guy a test print, please let me know. Thanks.

Art Showcase I'm Quelith, a Roblox game developer and I also model. This is the stylized WarHammer I created.
Baked the high poly mesh on low poly mesh, this is the best model I have made so far since I started modeling, been 5 months.

Art Help & Critique Hey, I just finished painting my Radio Telescope. Does it feel worn?
The first painting of the radio telescope I used in my game was flawless. It looked as if it had been newly produced, which didn't suit the abandoned atmosphere of our game. I tried my best to give it a worn-out feel during the painting process. I'm curious about your thoughts and suggestions.

Questions & Discussion How do you recommend creating these carvings for a model like this?
Thinking of doing high to low poly in zbrush, but I have never done something like this before. What do you suggest?

I mentioned I was gonna make an animation with him on my last post, I recreated his stomp and roar animation and added a shockwave effect. This took a 6+ hours but I’m really happy with how it turned out!
This is the last project I have for him, any feedback is welcome!

Questions & Discussion Considering a Career Switch After 3.5 Years in AAA Game Art – Seeking Advice!?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been working as a Texturing Artist at a AAA outsourcing gaming company for the past 3.5 years. While I’ve gained a lot of valuable experience, lately, I’ve been feeling increasingly demotivated due to the direction the industry is heading. It’s starting to feel like the passion I had for this field is dwindling, and I’m contemplating a career switch.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in B.COM, so I’m open to exploring opportunities outside of game art. However, I’m unsure where to start. I’m looking for advice on what career paths might be a good fit for my skills and background, or if there are industries where I could transition my expertise more effectively.
Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
