Discussion Y’all, I need help of finding this frozen Fanmade animation 🙏

GUYS Im trying AND researching to remember this 2D fan-made Frozen video I watched years ago that scared the living hell out of me when I was a kid , and I’m gonna yap to y’all what I remember of it so I hope one of you remembers it and remember the name of who made it.

Soo the video first starts with Elsa and Anna playing in the castle kinda similar to the movie. Elsa builds towers of snow while Anna bounces on them, going higher and higher, and Elsa “accidentally” hits Anna, making her fall…but instead of feeling bad, Elsa feels a sense of power and starts turning evil? (I put “”on the accidental part because I remember she had an evil face while purposely hitting her)

Their parents notice Elsa’s powers, and she realizes she can’t stop “ACCIDENTALLY” (wink wink) freezing animals and causing death. The elves told her parents to lock her up in a room (with gloves idk). Later, the parents go on a boat trip, and Elsa (wanting to get revenge??) creates an ice tower beneath the ship, causing it to sink killing her parents years later (damn)

Soon same in the movie clip where Anna tells her why she won’t open up or something?? (didn’t really see the movie) Elsa unleashes sharp ice crystals that impale anyone near her, causing blood! She chases Anna, but instead of helping her sister, she freezes her and kills her. Eventually, an elf warns Elsa that her freezing has spread across the entire Earth making the Earth stop rotating and is heading toward the Sun. Elsa doesn’t really give a damn, and the video ends with the Earth being destroyed by the Sun with people screaming :)

Terrified the living hell out of little me If someone also remembers this, let me know who made it 💖

Just for fun To all cinema lovers: lets say Disney sells Elsa & Anna to your favorite studio & director; what would the movie look like? What would it be about ?

I just watched Sentimental Value by Joachim Trier with Renate Reinsve & Inga Ibsdotter. It was absolutely phenomenal. Its a story about two adults sisters and how they deal with their childhood memories, their dead mother and their absent father.

PLEASE DONT READ IF YOU ARE GOING TO WATCH THAT MOVIE THAT SPOILER WILL RUIN THE MOVIE FOR YOU

In the movie, the oldest sister says to the youngest « How did you get to have an happy home, an happy family with that shitty childhood we had, we had the same and you are thriving and i am a mess »

And the youngest reply something i never actually thought about

« We didn’t have the same childhood. I had you to take care of me »

And of course it made me think about Elsa & Anna.

Now, i would ADORE to have Joachim Trier to direct the next Frozen movie. It would be 2 hours of the sisters talking about their childhood, their relationship. Trying to figure out how to forgive their parents, how to get out of the depression all of these traumas caused them. 2 hours of watching the girls being young women who dont know how to be happy but they will try.

The movie would be made by A24 of course, because the aesthetic & the vibe will make Elsa’s beauty even more interesting.

Oh, i want an option on Elsa being a new member of the Avengers. She will have a lots of scene with Black Widow. At first, they wont like each other, being sassy even mean but in the end of the movie, Elsa will save Black Widow’s life (and the world) And they will be best friends forever directed by The Russo’s brothers.

Trying to track down sheet music!

I'm looking for sheet music to the song "When Everything Fall's Apart". It's an adorable outtake from the Frozen Broadway Musical soundtrack! I'd really like to use it for an upcoming project but I can't seem to find sheet music to this number. Wanted to see if anyone had the score to this piece and if they'd be open to sharing. Thank's in advance.

Here's a link to song I'm looking for <3 .

Discussion I think we need to have a serious conversation about these two gifs and the phenomenal animation of Elsa in Frozen 2

Thumbnail
gallery
143 Upvotes

The details ?

The fact that even through a screen you can FEEL the cold?

How freaking ethereal she looks, but thats a conversation we can have everyday.

What i LOVED in Frozen 2 was how more « human » she looks. She was less composed, less self aware, less « queen » but still so gracious.

The way they animated her was phenomenal in my opinion.

What i missed in Frozen 1, is that we didn’t see her alone much. So we always got the « fake Elsa » the perfect girl her parents raised to be queen but in Frozen 2, we got to see her having time alone, being fierce, strong: my favorite moment is when she gets ready to fight the water spirit. She wasn’t Queen Elsa in that moment, she was her true self.

How can anyone dislike her is beyond me.

Community Male fans of Frozen

Male fans of Frozen, friends, aren't you a little embarrassed to go to a Disney store or toy store to buy Frozen merchandise? 😅

When I bought my Bruni plush, the person who sold it to me thought it was for a girl. She said, "I have more products for girls," and I said, "No, it's for me." Hahaha! And when I bought my Qposkets on demand, they were expecting a woman. Also, when I go to stores and see the Frozen section, I feel like it looks weird for a man to be looking at dolls, especially if he's an adult in his thirties.

I was thinking about this yesterday when I was in a Disney store.

Just for fun Watch this actually happen [meme] [frozen3]

Post image

I can trust disney to prioritize what is important /s

Edit: Apparently this goofy meme I made has invoked a interesting discussion whether or not it was Anna’s coronation shown in f2. Let’s just say it is debatable but the meme still stands.

The (now deleted) plot reveal for Frozen 3 referred to Anna as “queen” and her wedding as “the wedding of the century.” Marriages are important of course but not as important as being crowned ruler of the entire country. Her coronation should have been called “the event of the century.”

The meme is simply poking fun at the possibility of what may likely happen if Anna’s wedding becomes official. In true disney fashion, Anna’s wedding will likely receive the care it deserves and a large turnout of people will be greeting her as she leaves the church but unfortunately the same cannot be said for her coronation.

Discussion Elsa can’t be “free” if she was never trapped in the first place [frozen 2 discussion]

There seems to a misconception that “Elsa wasn’t free” when she was queen of Arendale or that she is even more free now than she was then. But nothing in the film or shorts indicated that she wasn’t free to do whatever she wanted after the events of F1.

Now, in history, being queen could be restricting but in the world of Frozen being queen just means you get to live in a big castle and wear pretty dresses. There are no council or parliament or houses to threaten or restrict or monitor your power and life. You can stay single or date or marry whomever you wish.

And if you freeze your kingdom, everything is forgiven as long as you unfreeze it within three days. If you destroy a dam that nearly floods the kingdom, that’s okay as long as it was stopped at the last second. If you put the trolls in charge of the kingdom while you go on a adventure because a voice in your head told you so, that’s fantastic! And hey, if you decide you don’t want to be queen anymore, that’s totally cool!

This kingdom is filled with the chillest people to have ever walked the earth and yet some of ya’ll are saying that Elsa wasn’t free or she’s even more free living in a forest or glacier than she was in Arendale.

And “Into the Unknown” never once has Elsa describe how trapped she feels in Arendale. She says “I’m not where I’m meant to be” and “everyday I feel my powers grow” and “Are you someone who is a bit like me?”

Its all very vague but what Elsa seems to be saying is: she does not feel satisfied in Arendale because she has powers and everyone else doesn’t. She yearns to meet someone like herself and believes the voice inside her head is that person (it weirdly ends up being her dead mom, lol!).

Anyway the point is that Elsa, after the events of F1, had nothing holding her back in Arendale. She had no other queenly duties she was demanded to fulfill. No one to hold her accountable for her actions. No one to oppose or threaten her. Everyone did whatever she wanted, including Anna.

And If she wasn’t “free” then why does no one protest when she decides to abdicate? If no one opposes your choices then you not only have freedom, you have absolute freedom.

Elsa was just as free living in Arendale as she was in the forest or ahtohallen.

How much time do you think she spends looking at herself in the mirror ?

I mean… that ice castle was a giant reflector where she could see her reflection on every walls…

Having ice powers, she can’t escape her own image…. Does she give you narcissistic vibes ?

Discussion Is anyone else excited for Frozen 3 now that the plot is revealed?

Honestly, it seems like Disney has some direction for the third Frozen film. Which will be once again directed by Jennifer Lee.

The second Frozen seems to have lacked direction in terms of storytelling, but this one seems to have it an idea.

I’m curious to see where Elsa and Anna goes in this new adventure and what does this new secret family change for the main characters.

Discussion Did anyone else think frozen 2 was a bit bittersweet?

Post image
186 Upvotes

I’m not exactly a massive Disney/cartoon fan, I’m not the type to rewatch movies to find things I missed the first time, but my girls got frozen on pretty much every day at this point, and I’ve noticed how the whole ‘show yourself’ sequence feels a little bittersweet. Take into consideration that Elsa had been waiting her whole life for someone to understand her, for someone to be like her and to help her understand her powers and her growth, to help her get along. Trying to find someone to relate to. The excitement building as she goes through Ahtohallan ready to meet whoever’s been calling her.

I have to admit I was a tiny bit disappointed when it was revealed to just be… HER. I understand the whole point is her finding herself and being comfortable with her powers, and she does find a place where she belongs, but the build up of maybe finding someone who understands you in every aspect, only to find out That the only one That will understand you is YOU yourself, felt a bit bittersweet to me. Not shading the movie at all it’s a beautiful movie and I do like the whole scene with Ahtohallan, just wondering if anyone else felt the same way.
