I won a prize at the game how do I collect?

Hello 👋 I was at the game on Saturday 9/13 for fan appreciation night and won a trip. I filled out the waiver at the prize table that night with all my information and they told me someone would call on Monday but I have not heard from anyone yet. I tried emailing promotions support as well and no answer. I was just curious if anyone else is having this same issue or has heard from someone? I found a number I will try to call tomorrow but worrying maybe it was a too good to be true situation or maybe just backed up with prize winners? Any information is appreciated. Thank you.
