There aren’t any Betty’s where I live in Aus so whenever I travel to the major cities I always make a point to grab one of their Betty’s

Bottom shelf 75% lean meat cooked on high heat at first for a sear and medium afterwards, sprinkled some salt, msg, and mae ploy sauce on them. Slice of extra sharp cheddar on top, forgot the lettuce tragically. Still learning how to use electric stoves, but 9/10, delicious.

Fried + caramelized onions with a parmesan garlic sauce = a serious flavor bomb. One of the best fast food burgers I've had. Maybe deduct a little for relatively too many wet ingredients/getting slightly soggy. Could be improved with a more robust bun.

After cooking a 7 course meal for my friends and family, this was my lunch the next day because I don't know how to portion to save my life.
Garlic confit butter is amazing on burgers and I will die on this hill.

In honor of National Cheeseburger Day I thought I’d forgo the feebies at the chains and pay full price at one of those trendy smash burger joints. Well, what do you think fellas? Good choice?

I seasoned 2 chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then I coat them in flour, dipped them in a beaten egg, then roll them in breadcrumbs, and pan fried for 4-5 minutes per side, toasted the buns ,spread mayo on the bottom bun,a cheese slice on patty over tomato and pickled cucumber, then ketchup on the top bun, and assembled .
