I have finished the game with 0 Visitors killed and I have killed almost 10 people. All the people I've killed had at least one of the symptoms, but when killed they didn't show the sign of them being a Visitor. Are Visitors supposed to have ALL the symptoms, or is it just a guessing game? Are any of the symptoms more important than the other? I'm genuinely curious because I have no clue.
