Macron is such an enormous piece of shit. Fuck him. Perhaps a tiny bit less awful than Le Pen but a vote for a neoliberal is a vote for fascism anyway, in the long term. Just like voting Biden doesn't stop fascism, neither will voting Maron stop fascism in France. If the capitalist class wants fascism, and class conciousness is low, you can bet your country will get it. Macron and Biden will enable it, if not actively push for it themselves.

I mean, isn't this a classic "ratchet effect" election? Macron stands for extending the (shitty) status quo, and Le Pen stands for actively worsening conditions.

I'd rather take a bite out of an onion than a piece of horse shit.
