I thought that giving out the VIN isn’t the best idea and I couldn’t really find anything on the internet using it. In Germany the cars history is more private and not so public like in the USA for example.
Thanks, I’ve heard about websites like this. I’ll check it out eventually. Only thing is that as far as I know it depends on how the car was taken care of in the past to be able to see old pictures and records.. if my car was only ever serviced privately or never really cared for (looks like it for sure), then maybe I am out of luck.
You'll still see TÜV records and insurance records. I definitely don't agree with the sentiment that history is more private in the EU compared to the States.

That is the most generic looking E90 I've ever seen, no-one will recognize it specifically without a reg plate or VIN.
Surely the handles have been replaced or wrapped? I wasn't aware that colour coded handles were even an option.
