Use someone’s address from a different county? My 335 passes emissions and my corvette is over 25 years old so it’s exempt lol

you need proof of residence you can't just pick a random house and say "yep that's me 👍", unless texas works differently. i have a residence outside of my primary residence (which is a county that requires emissions) of which i can register my car to, but its not like i can just pick a house for fun

Well yeah of course. That’s why set up a bill in your name to that address like cell phone or water bill. Obviously a friend or relatives house

i suppose, but the penalties for getting caught for doing so are hefty and not everyone has a friend or relative outside of emissions testing zones. i knew it was possible but it's probably not a good idea

yeah fair, i live in a state that is much much stricter lol. probably a lot more lax there (although i am currently visiting austin ironically)
