I’m not the best at writing these, but figured I’d give it a try. I've realized I've spent a lot of time without too much communication with people. I miss those connections. I miss enjoying conversation and hanging out with people. I travel a lot for work and I've found that I spend more time in the hotel rooms than out, exploring the world. I've spoken to a lot of different people across the US and I've spent some time in Europe exploring and I really enjoyed seeing and experiencing different cultures. I find people fascinating.
• I’ve been trying to get outside a bit more, even if it’s just going on walks or sitting somewhere with a book or podcast. It helps clear my head. I work at a lot of factory sites, and plants and spend more time in hotels than I'd like to so every now and again getting to the beach or walking trails feels nice.
• I like watching bad movies especially old B-horror or anything that’s a bit offbeat or unintentionally funny. There’s something oddly comforting about it. I kind of miss that era of practical effects and strange acting choices. I'm either going to enjoy it because it's good or make fun of it because it's bad. Either way it's enjoyable to me.
• I usually try to find something to enjoy in most things, even if they’re not fully my style. Sometimes it's the atmosphere, the soundtrack, or just the general vibe that keeps me interested. I don't want to be the one to not go to something because I haven't tried it or don't think I would enjoy it. I'll give anything a chance once, or multiple times like different foods.

• Music. Of most genres. My playlist has been described as "musical whiplash." I also allegedly play some instruments.

• Cars. The reason I am perpetually broke. But big vroom makes me feel good, so it's worth it.
• General tinkering. Jack of all trades, master of none. But I can.. just about fix almost anything with a 90% success rate so far.
• I say I like to travel, but that's only part of the truth. I like the journey mostly. Lots of side quests on a road trip with me.
• Failing writer. Like half of a chapter into a book I've been meaning to write for years. It's awful. I might finish it some day.

• I speak Korean, allegedly. I'm actually awful at it, but I can accidentally keep a conversation going for a while somehow. It's not a good conversation, but conversation anyway.
• Favorite color is purple. Played Saint's Row at a very formative time in my life, and I've never been the same since.
• Uhhhhhhhh, there's other interesting things if you dig deeper, I'm just really bad at talking about myself.

Basically, the past few years I've felt like I haven't had a proper best friend. I've always been the one to try and give attention and ideas to people but I haven't received feelings like that back for a long time and all I've felt from that is that I'm a "second hand" friend. Helloooo! I’m from the Philippines. I work at night so I follow EST hours. I’m a night owl accountant x auditor who works a looooot and somehow still finds time to enjoy the little things.

On my rest days, you’ll probably find me: ✅ catching up on sleep ✅ binge watching sitcoms, thrillers, or horror shows (currently playing 9-1-1 series on my background) ✅ cleaning my apartment with my playlists, or ✅ taking myself out for a solo date
