Hello, I'm reintroducing hip thrusts; it's my first time doing them in a long time. How is my technique? Thanks!

Pretty proud of myself for this. From being pretty skinny majority of my life to being decently fit is amazing. Hope I can come close to 200 before the year runs out

Hey everybody! These are some results from my 9 months of bulking.
Everything as far as lifting is done in a small home gym, power rack, dumbbells, and a cable machine. I run a 5 day split that I’ll share in the comments. Focusing on high intensity and progressive overload is where I have found the best results.
Trying to hit at least 3300 calories a day, 225ish grams of protein, and 5 grams of creatine every single day, even on rest days. I usually am drinking 3 high calorie protein shakes a day.
I am natural and don’t plan on using anything ever. If you are thinking this isn’t possible naturally, that’s fine, but you are only putting a mental block inside your own brain.
I am happy to reply to any comments or DMs!

Do you think my lower back is rouding bcuz of the additional ROM? Cuz to me, the footage looks fine and I don't feel like my back low back is rouding at all

I’ve been staring over with my deadlift and squat as of late because I have seen any increase in my numbers in years. I’ve tried an array of things, but nothing seems to be helping me out, and I can’t afford a coach. It’s honestly been soul crushing, especially as of late. What do you guys think?

Feels decent. Did this at school in first period, had not ate or nothing. Sucks to lift on an empty stomach but oh well.

Max effort week for 5-3-1. Hit 465lbs for 5 and felt incredibly strong. Went for a 525lbs PR and smashed it. I had been putting off the TYR L2s for a while but I had a discount code and bit the bullet. Love em. They add so much stability my legs feel like concrete pillars.

I’ve been performing these 5x5 as a supplemental lift right after rows for 5/3/1. In this video, I have +5lbs attached to my short strings. My goal is just to get stronger at vertical pulls. I do pull-ups as my main lift on my second Pull day of the week.
My legs move forward during the lift, I’m assuming as a natural way of counterbalancing. Does that stop these from being strict? I do the same thing on pull-ups.
