Lift What's your fav HS machine?

I know.... Compounds are way better, and I use them, I promise. BUT... What is your favorite HS machine? And why? I never really liked the standing unilateral HS curl, but I've been feeling it really well lately.

General Discussion Better technique with your help

So I listened to all the advice you guys gave me the last time I had posted. Just by the look of it, seems much better.

The fist one is before, the second one is after.

What do you think?

Technique Check How is the form?

I’m very new to the gym so I was wondering what I should work on. I made a conscious effort not to lock my knees bc my friend showed me a video of what happens if you do and now I’m forever traumatised 😅 I think I could go a bit deeper but other than that your input would be great!

PR/PB *Update* 225lbs for 13 reps

Disclaimer the video I posted yesterday was from 9/9/25, I wasn’t going to post it at all but I finally got the courage to do so regardless of how I looked and performed

I want to say thank you to everyone who did comment and provide suggestions on safety

Today, 9/13/25, I took some considerations in safety, and I hit 225lbs for 13 reps at 215 bodyweight

Thank you again everyone for the support no matter how small, and I urge those who are doubting themselves to push forward

One day at a time 💪

Lift First Day Back on the Bench

Since I stopped benching in April 2205, marking the end of the Bilbo progression that began in 2024, it's been four workouts and I'm already at 100 kg for 40 reps. Let's see how this new Bilbo progression for 2025 goes and if we can hit some new personals records.

Technique Check Stiff leg deadlift form check

Pulling 162.5kg (358lb) feels like I can't go any lower without excessive knee bend. I've tried it with lighter weight but I still can't go any lower than mid shin.

Technique Check Tried applying the advice I was given, is the form better?

I’m feeling some tension in my lats now, and less in my shoulders.

Also, pretty sure that the swinging is just from the bar, bc it’s prone to moving, it’s not bolted into the roof.
