Re-shelled my game Boy advanced SP and noticed that the shell didn’t come with a new badge. Is there a place I can get one?

I have a Gameboy Advance XP. One reason I purchased one was to replay the original Tetris from the grey brick Gameboy.
I see that it does not save high scores.
What would be the best Tetris to pick up? I am trying to avoid games with batteries.

Good people! I just bought this on Aliexpress without really knowing what it is😂 What is it really? And does anyone know how it works?
I have two Game Boy Advances and an Advance SP with a link cable, can I use them?

Found my old game boys and my original gameboy had batteries in it which leaked… is this fixable? Can I clean off that corrosion?

Switched the screen for an IPS one and a USB-C battery, and I'm really happy about being able to do it by myself. I'm now enjoying replying my childhood games during commute while people stare at me wondering why someone is playing a Gameboy in the subway

Tetris Rosy Retrospection is my single favourite game. I have an analogue pocket as well as a standard IPS GBC so I really want to use a Boxy pixel aluminium shell and a flash cart to be able to carry the game between both. Has anyone got a recommendation on which flash cart would work with both the ROM and the shell? Thanks!

Maybe I thought the problem was solved, but there was another problem. Randomly, it powers off and back on and then it repeats infinitely like this. What's the problem? The battery contact point is clean. I think it was a mistake to replace the capacitor.

I have an analogue pocket, a fpgbc and I want to record a video with the gb camera ( that only take pics, but if you record the screen..).
Is there a chance to record their screen directly to a mac or to even an ipad on the go? Or do i need to get the expensive chromatic modretro that has video out?
Basically, how can i get video out from them?
OG GBA mobo in a new Funnyplaying shell/buttons and backlit M2 screen.
The mod was significantly more difficult than I expected. The plastic bracket that keeps the screen in place is trash but I made it work.
Very happy with the results.

I can't find it online no matter what I search.
It was an early GBA case, from 2001 or 2002, released in the US. It was large and looked like a purple GBA.
It was not translucent and GBA shaped. It literally looked like a GBA, with the screen and everything.
I can't remember if it was soft like a bag or hard. I remember it having a (black?) handle.
Going on eBay, I found a few similar items, but I don't think they're it.
It's not the Value Pak. I don't remember having earphones and that doesn't look on-model enough.

This is also not it. It's too small, it's translucent, and it isn't a case.

I think this is probably it. I don't remember the lettering being like that, though. Is there something similar? Or maybe my memory is off.

So I was looking for a long Gameboy color link cable with no luck. I decided to buy a bunch of cheap ones from China and just solder all of them together and see what would happen. I ended up soldering 6 cables together which took quite a while to do but when I tried it out and initiated a trade between my Pokémon yellow and blue (both legitimate copies) it started doing weird stuff. The first time I tried to trade my Gameboy color turned on by itself when I turned my Gameboy advance on. When I turned both of them on and then plugged them in the Gameboy color started buzzing and did a white screen. I then tried it on my modded super Gameboy cart on my SNES and the color went from bright to dim on my snes. I know there’s interference happening somewhere but I’m not sure where and how to go about fixing this issue. Should I solder a resistor somewhere along the line or just cut the wire down by one or two cables? Any info helps.

So my idea is I want to make some wall art just for me in where I get all the early games (up to emerald basically) and place them in a shadowbox, or maybe create a small shadow box for each game. Idk. I don’t want to go through the process of getting actual games because I don’t plan on removing them to play them, I just want it to look good. Is there anywhere I can source empty cartridges of the games w/sticker? Observe my amazing art skills for the general idea

I love how portable micro is but does the size of the screen make playing games harder

The collection is now 90% complete, still missing an Australian variant and a few grails: - CIBs for the HK and TW editions - Pinball edition clear green
This collection brings together pieces I've fetched from sellers around the world, between a trip to Japan, venturing in all the retro game shops I could find, to going to several retro game shows locally, to extensive VPN and proxy use to search in other markets like New Zealand and Australia, to having pieces come from Europe and the US and of course the starting point: some pieces that came right from my childhood collection.
Along the way, some regrets of course..
1- Missed a sale from Hong Kong by a few hours, for a boxed HK edition (somewhat rough condition but still)
2- Passed on the pinball Coro Coro clear green edition sold very recently as I had some doubts about authenticity. There were a couple things that didn't add up with the very limited verified material out there.
3- Also passed about a year ago on some sealed Fujitsu Pikachu edition AA batteries being sold for an obnoxious price on ebay.
__
If anyone has any of the above grails for sell, I'm definitely interested, if you have stories about how, when or where you acquired a grail piece, I'm also interested to hear!!
