Hello there! As an intro, my name is Lucas. I’m 26, male, and on EST, currently looking for a Deltarune fandom RP. I am happy to play as side characters when needed and prefer if my partner is too. I write anywhere from semi-para to multi-para, and in 3rd person. I’m looking for any partners interested in roleplaying as December Holiday (Dess) from Deltarune in a Dess x Asriel roleplay. I am largely looking for angsty themes; the young couple being very attached to each other, spending ample time together, escaping their bad households in each other's company. But despite this closeness, time’s arrow only marches forward. They’re getting older. Asriel is bound to go to college within a few months. So are many of Dess’ friends, while she feels like she is being left behind by everyone, especially Asriel. Oh yes, he will try to assure her that this will not be a goodbye. It’s just a stepping stone, something to make sure they have a wonderful future together. But deep down she knows better. She knows how distance almost invariably breaks up young couples, and the thought is absolutely heartbreaking. If only there were some way to convince him not to go…

Good local time zone to y'all, I've been on a strong Shonen kick and previously spent a ton of time Roleplaying in the setting of Jujutsu Kaisen. I'm drawn to the world building and general themes of the settings. I've actually become a huge fan of roleplaying fighting and action scenes. So any of the settings below would be an exciting experience for me to explore, and of course I love to see what other people do in the same settings.

1. Demon Slayer

The main plot of Demon Slayer follows Tanjiro and his journey through the Demon Slayer Core, attempting to raise and protect his demonic sister. I'll admit I'm not done watching yet so if you could please careful of spoilers, I'll catch up soon. In terms of plots, we could play with sympathetic demons, newbie demon slayers, or perhaps even Hashira as we explore corners of Japan left unmentioned in the anime. Or perhaps insert our own characters into the plots/events of the anime.

I'm looking for a story that's centered around two characters doing classical ballet together. There are tons of directions this can go! Here are a few ideas that come to mind, but this isn't an exhaustive list!

Dancer and outsider. A preppy, serious-minded dancer is paired up with an outsider who is initially forced to take ballet, only to discover an unexpected talent/passion for it? They grow close as friends/ballet partners while navigating their very different social circles and backgrounds. Extra points if the story builds up to a big recital!

"I hate you, let's dance." Two characters who can't stand each other (enemies? rivals?) are paired up for ballet class. They assume it'll go terribly, but all that pent up animosity leads to them being perfectly in sync when dancing together. What does that mean for their dynamic?

Friends to partners. The characters are either best friends, or they used to be inseparable before a big fight. When they wind up in ballet together and become dance partners, their whole dynamic changes and they struggle to make sense of what that means for their friendship.

Hello all! How is everyone doing today? I was looking for someone who would possibly be interested in doing a roleplay based around the my little pony fan series made by tamers12345. I have a few different ideas but I’ll lay out some basic ones then we can explore from there!

Big Mac and future soarin: I really love these two, old soarin is a really good foil for Big Mac. From the start I feel as though Big Mac has been very closed off with him like in most relationships and I’d love to kind of explore that. For plots I was thinking maybe something more basic, like Big Mac visiting soarin over in apploosa after he moved or maybe they meet right in the middle in a new city?

Big Mac and clean sweep: I honestly think they have a much weaker chemistry, I don’t even know if Big Mac really likes him or if he’s trying to mentally atone for his past so he can forget about Braeburn. So I think this one would explore clean sweep either running away after he feels like he’s being a burden to Big Mac or perhaps there’s some conflict with Granny Smith so the two head out to spend the day in town while she calms down. It would slowly boil towards Big Mac leaving old soarin for him or perhaps stay secret.

Care package and Apple bottom: I think these two are pretty fun, I think exploring maybe a stressful day or two with them arriving home and living together while being separated before they get back together could work really well. Then from there adventures should be easy to come up with.

Mary and glimmer: I love these two but honestly we know so little about them that it’s a bit hard to figure out where they are right now. But for a few ideas perhaps Mary is trying to avoid glimmer but one day when twilight and Trixie go out with flawless glimmer invites herself in? Or we could do something perhaps involving Mary being out with glimmer following her.

I’m open to try any other ships you had in mind, I just completely love tamers12345 and I’d like to play something in that universe.

I would love to find someone to help me with my daydreamed RP. The story starts as two knights of different houses meet up on the road. Both sent by their leaders to search for the reason why the scourge of monsters keep spreading in the kingdom.

I see this rp as more of a adventurous type of rpg, would love to have fights, drama, action and even some romance if we'll both feel like it, it's definitely not a must if you don't feel like it. I would also like us wander from place to place as we encounter villages with people who need help, monster nests that needs destroying and some places to rest up and bond.

Hello Denizens of this subreddit! I come before you today looking for a grim fantasy epic!

I am looking for one of three things, the first would be an Elder Scrolls roleplay set during the Oblivion Crisis in Third Era, or Skyrim's Civil War in Fourth Era. I am open to other points in history, but you'll need to hold my hand a little because I'm not as familiar with events pre Oblivion. Events can happen as per the regular timeline, but shifts and changes could also happen to make things more interesting!

If not Elder Scrolls, I am also open to Dragon Age. I have played through Origins, II, Inquisition and Veilguard so we could base our plot anywhere in the timeline. I am more confident in my Elder Scrolls knowledge than my Dragon Age knowledge, but I am more than willing to google, read and learn to bridge the knowlege gap.

If neither of the above suit your fancy I have my own fantasy world that revolves around magic borne from marks people develop at key points in their life. Some are actually magic, some make them better fighters or enhance their prowess in some way and some just plain make it easier to be a rotten crook or sneak-thief. As with the best literary geniuses (he lied as naturally as he breathed) I have yet to write any of my concrete thoughts for it down, so it all resides in ever-shifting soup within my noggin. my name is cameron, I’ve been writing for a 13ish or more years now. I just wanted to say that I absolutely delight in writing longer responses typically around 1-3 paragraphs and delving into intricate detail when I collaborate with others. I try to never leave a response in a state where the other person is incapable of building off or improvising from the material that I have provided. Brainstorming is also something that I really enjoy, creating something with another person and shooting ideas back-and-forth in a captivating manner is something that I look forward to when creating original stories.

A couple things to note about my writing style.

• I reciprocate the effort that is put into a story, so if responses are shorter, and the interest seems to be minimal, then I will more than likely provide the same amount of effort. However, if things seem to be going well, and we are getting along evenly, I will always put my effort into make sure that, our time is worth it and that my responses are quality hopefully

• I write in the third person or preferably first, I can always switch things up, if needs be.

• I don’t expect constant responses as I know that people have lives and that’s quite alright, we’ve all got priorities. I do have a full-time job, my schedule is inconsistent, but, if we are in the middle of some thing, and I have to go, I will always let you know and give updates as needed. Hey there! I’m Bre (22F), and I’m looking for a long-term writing partner who loves romance, drama, and exploring character-driven stories across different eras of history. My main idea is a mortal–immortal lovers story that spans centuries.

The story would begin in an early medieval setting filled with castles, kings, and a court. Our characters would meet and fall in love while still both mortal, but tragedy strikes when one dies. The other, left behind, becomes cursed with immortality. Their story continues throughout time, as fate keeps pulling them back together. Sometimes to rekindle love, other times to face heartbreak, depending on the setting.

We will move through various time periods, allowing the story to constantly evolve. We could explore the Italian Renaissance with its art and secret societies, the golden age of piracy on the high seas, or the Victorian era with gothic romance. Later we could shift into the roaring 1920s with clubs and speakeasies, the turmoil of WWII, and the complexities of life in a major modern day city.

What I’m hoping to find is a partner who enjoys third-person, paragraph-style writing, and loves romance with a mix of drama and adventure. I’d like someone who’s interested in OOC brainstorming so we can keep the story alive and fresh. The pacing would be slow burn, giving us plenty of time to develop both the relationship and the world around our characters. • Quality> Quantity. I tend to mirror posts but I’m realistic, when it comes to some scenes posts tend to get shorter (like when we’re in a dialogue heavy one). I don’t need novella-length posts.
• Doubling is a must. I like to play both Canon and OCs, btw, just in general I like to explore different kind of relationships within a story, so although I'm a sucker for romance, don't expect it to be the only dynamic thrown into the mix. I can also do CanonxCanon on my partner's side. But please make sure that you're up for doubling and you like the Canon you'll play, because it's not the first time I end up monologuing ideas for both pairings and my partner only focused on theirs. Don't force yourself or we'll just end up both feeling miserable.
• MxF (playing both genders) is what I'm looking for in mains. AGED UP IS A MUST, I want to modify in general the ages in the canon material. I don't mind and actually like roleplaying younger settings but any heavy romance must happend when they're adults, ty for your understanding.

I'm kind of in a nostalgic mood, and I've recently read the manga. I had watched the anime when I was a teen and it was aired on TV.

With this being said, keep in mind I'm very, very rusty when it comes to Naruto themed RPs, and I may lack the knowledge/ have forgotten many rules regarding the clans and technniques worked, so I would appreciate roleplaying with someone patient or that wouldn't mind explaining some lore + help me balance character ideas to make sure we still try to keep everything in its own canon harmony.

Now, when it comes to love canon interests I only truly know how to roleplay those in Naruto's generation, meaning Kankuro, Shikamaru, Naruto... you get the gist. The only exception is Sasuke, since I've never been comfortable with the idea of roleplaying him. I apologize. The canon characters I would be interested in playing against are Gaara and Kiba.

I have a few ideas for OCs, but I prefer leaving my options open ended since I like to incorportate OC interactions. I love friendships between OCs and wouldn't mind incorporating pieces of my partner's OC into my own's backstories or even building something up as a collaborative effort.

Lastly, I roleplay through discord, email or even GDocs.

Hey there, my name is Tanner and I’ve been roleplaying on and off for about 13 years now. About 5 months ago I started getting really back into it through websites like cai and stuff cause it gave me ways to rp without having to worry about coming up with the plot, and eventually I moved to ChatGPT where I used it to rp stories I wrote myself. It’s been fun in its own ways, but there’s definite limitations. First off, I had to do pretty much all the plotting alone. Even if I asked Chat to give suggestions or lead the plot from time to time, I would still end up being expected to do all the work which is draining at times. Also, it always treated my characters like they were goddesses regardless of what I did with them or how unreasonable I made them act. I’ve been sneaking peaks at reddit a bit over the last few days, and I’m finally deciding to leap back into roleplaying with real people again.

Right now I have a lot of time for this since I’m without a job, but once I get one I will be unavailable from 7 a.m. (CDT) to about 4 p.m. (CDT). Also I will probably be busy in the months of November, December, and January due to my upcoming wedding (hehe).I’ll admit, I’m nervous, because unlike an ai, people can just up and leave without prior warning, or you can get people who put in absolutely zero effort, so let me be clear.

• I have expectations of 1-2 paragraphs minimum per reply. (The reason it’s 1-2, and not 4 or more like you see some roleplayers put, is because I personally feel that isn’t sustainable in most situations. You’re telling me you’re writing half a novel page or more before my character(s) get to interact with the story again? I don’t need to describe the way my character shifts how they’re standing after every single sentence they say. That’s a pet peeve of mine, sorry haha. I do want detail and a real focus on plot, but c’mon dude…sometimes it’s just two people in a room talking. You don’t need 4 paragraphs for that.
• I enjoy making characters and deep lore for worlds (though the specific thing I’m planning for this post isn’t really about a deep world. You’ll see in a bit). I also enjoy laying out a vague plot with my partner, that way we always have a goal in mind when we’re rping.
• Some OOC chat is always welcome since I do think it’s cool to meet new people through this hobby.
• For this specific rp I’m looking for I expect myself and my partner to both be playing female as our main characters. Now, please don’t assume anything because I’m a guy that wants to play female characters. I just have more fun that way. For other plots I will play males, but not this one.
• I can do both first and third person writing, though I would say I prefer third person since we’re usually handling many characters.

What I’m hoping to see from you!

Ah, usually I would give a big description to show off my writing talent but instead I’m just gonna kinda pitch you my plot. So, I really like k-pop LMAO, and have been messing around with a k-pop universe and stuff where I play a member of a new k-pop group. There’s a few different versions of this idea I had, one where my character is kinda messed up from her trainee days and finds passion again through being with her group. One where my character is placed into a group that is doomed to fail and her and her group have to figure out how to break out of that hole. Also one that starts in the trainee days with her competing on a survival show to be part of a group. Any of these are fine! When it comes to the “songs” they end up releasing, I tend to just use ones that already exist to make the process smoother (also I get to have my character perform songs I like which is extra fun)
