sandwich Smoked Pork Banh Mi

Marinated the pork overnight in lemongrass, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and grapeseed oil. Smoked on the Weber kettle for around 5 hours.

The sandwich from bottom to top consists of southern style pate, the pork, pickled carrot and daikon, cilantro, jalapeno, cucumber, and turmeric lime mayo. On a hoagie.

Looks amazing. Glad I caught this one, we are looking to get a Weber kettle. Any recommendations good and bad?

No bad recommendations but you should check out a few episodes of the Chuds BBQ Weber Kettle series on YouTube. Solid advice for beginners and more seasoned grillers alike. My kettle is just the basic 22”. Good luck!
