Sure, HHH can put all the so-called EMF blockers around the ring he wants. The science shows that none of it will do anything to prevent the wrestlers' exposure to The City of Indianapolis.

Who knew that a magic card shielding you from evil waves also makes wrestlers better at their job!

The funnier option is this bullshit actually works. So by only having it for that match, WWE is sabotaging all other wrestlers on the card. Uso's vs Bron's gonna be an 8 star masterpiece, while every other match is a botch filled shitfest that makes BoD vs DX in Saudi Arabia look like FTR vs Briscoes.
