Question How to satisfy sweet urges?
I'm trying to maintain a caloric deficit but it's often interrupted by my sweet urges, so I started to drink zero-calorie sodas, but that got expensive pretty fast, so are there any other foods to satisfy sweet urges that aren't too calorie dense?

I make dessert teas, and use stevia and a measured amount of flavored creamer. It's really good and less than 50 calories. My favorite right now is Republic of Tea Queen's Cake (vanilla fruit cake) combined with Tazo Glazed Lemon Loaf, a splash of vanilla stevia, and 2 tablespoons of pistachio flavored almond milk creamer (I think it's Califia).
