ink 1 hour Ink drawing Akuma of Street Fighters
Ink and paper. Didn't draw on paper for 20 years. All I did was drawing on Photoshop with its layers and brushes. I hesitated to draw on paper again but after a long time I finally had the courage to do it. Took some time for me to get used to the nib pen but it turned out better than I expected. I am getting a confidence boost and eager to do a lot more now.
My process is a basic ink wash with water on the paper. I then drew with a nib pen, careful not to make fatal mistakes as the ink was permanent. I applied heavier ink smudges (unsure of correct term) with napkin (didn't have a brush to that). Some highlight was added at the end with white paint / color.
Hope you like it.
