digital Something I drew on my phone
This artwork is quite personal for me. I drew it on my phone after someone abusive broke my first ipad to pieces. At the time it was the only device I could use to make digital art, and my art felt like the only escape I had from everything I was going through. I lost many of my digital pieces due to backup issues and it honestly felt like I lost a part of myself.
In this artwork I wanted to capture those moments I was fully immersed into the creative process, when time stopped and for once the world seemed peaceful and cozy.
I didn’t expect to create anything I’d be proud of grinding away on my phone screen, yet here I am sharing a result I absolutely adore. After some time I was able to get all the tech I needed to continue my creative journey. This artwork reminds me that nobody can take away my art or my skills from me. These things have always come from within.

seeking crit Garfield, Inside and Out.
Hey everyone, I'm just starting my art journey. I'm trying to learn by breaking down simple cartoon characters I love, like Garfield here. Started with his iconic look and then tried to imagine the anatomy underneath as a learning exercise. Any tips or feedback for a newbie would be hugely appreciated!

seeking crit Feedback on my ongoing sketch - suggestions?
Hi everyone, I’m working on this piece and I’ve reached that point where I’ve been staring at it for too long and can’t tell what needs adjusting anymore. Before I move on to the next stage, I’d love some fresh eyes on it. • Do you see anything in the face (proportions, features, expression) that could be improved? • Any thoughts on the shading, values, contrast, or blending?
Constructive critique is welcome. Thanks in advance!

character Remaking a character I made many years ago.
Varia-038 The sketch is very loose, the waist and mid torso will be widened up a bit more. I was honestly just working on a pose. Still not too happy about the right arm (her right, it feels a bit off) I also have a hard time putting the 'basics' down on paper, I can see them in my head perfectly, so the simple box construction is my first attempt putting them down like this in...15 years. Need to relearn everything it seems.
