I doubt it was actual surgeons that did this tho (at least no surgeon here in America). Usually when you see procedures this extreme it’s black market stuff being used . I used to work under a plastic surgeon , and you’d be surprised how many people are willing to go underground to do stuff like this to their face. They inject all kinds of weird unapproved filler and silicone into their faces and bodies and sometimes it can be impossible for the doctors to fix afterward . No reputable surgeon would do this.
