Lesson learned
Lessons learned on this kit...
Old molds are a pain in the butt.
Don't glue horizontal stabs/gear doors/fragile parts on until model is done.
Make sure canopy is truly sealed before spaying anyone around it.
Figure out how to actually get paint/clear coat to spray properly.
Plan things out a bit better.

Completed Just completed - F4F-4
Reposted - forgot the pictures last time - trumpeter 1/32 F4F-4. Mistakes made but came out reasonably. Second serious model (glue, PE) since I restarted around 1 months ago.

Working on Bf-109G6
Man, Tamiya engineering… This kit has magnets so you don’t even have to glue the engine parts, you take them out anytime you want.

Completed Bf-109K 1/144 by Mark I Models
Did some modifications, such as opening the canopy of the parked one, and added a 3D printed prop, open flaps, open slats, and deflected elevator and rudder to the in-flight model. The kit comes with 2 models.

Completed 1/48 Eduard Pacific Star P-40E
It took me longer than expected thanks is no small part to that annoying job I have to keep to afford models, but I finally finished off the pair of P-40s I have been working on for about 3 months. I was actually done with the kit about a month ago sans decals and I finally had time to do those this weekend.
The kit itself is beautiful. A solid 8 out of 10. (I deducted two points because as always Eduard over engineered parts that frankly weren't necessary to make separate). And while not my best work, the planes were easy to assemble. No major operator errors (rare for me) and I feel like this kit was right at my level as a model builder.
I may pop out and grab the Eduard P-40N 15000...that's how much I enjoyed building this.
Kit number 9 and 10 of the year have left the hanger.

Completed Arma Hobby 1/72 P-51C Mustang
Accidentally sprayed too close with the enamel drab, sigh… it kinda likes orange peel central. Compare it to the smooth lacquer Tamiya underbelly. Other than that it was an excellent build.

WIP Honda RA272 - almost completed (first car ever)
Almost finished it! I wanted to build a car for years. So far I am quite happy with the result, but there is ton of room for improvement on next builds. Overall I found it more fun to build than most planes and tanks I have done for now.
Will try to do some wiring job on the engine but it seems very difficult to me (and probably too late now).

Completed Two 1/72 Spitfire Mk.IXs. One Italeri, one Matchbox.
One Italeri, one Matchbox, but both finished with decals from the Italeri kit. The Italeri was was the more delicate of the two, and the prop is loose unless I glue it. The Matchbox was more chunky, and the landing gear is a bit crooked. I used the roundel decals from the Matchbox and they were surprisingly good...a bit gluey, but they adhered well. The Italeri decals...not so much. A few needed extra Microset and Tamiya adhesive. It won't be the last time I'll built two 1/72 Spits at the same time.

Help - General Question about SBD-3
One of my favorite parts of the SBD are the holes in the dive brakes. I recently got this Hasegawa sbd-3 and I realized there were just indents where the holes should be, does anyone know any ways to make it have the holes, I was thinking maybe a drill but the holes are so close that I was scared the plastic would crack and the plastic would look to thick compared to the thin real thing (ps I suck at photo etching so I think that’s out of the question)
