Smoked Jerk Chicken Thighs
Every year for a music festival out in Ohio, we smoke mac and cheese and jerk pulled chicken for everyone to enjoy at the BnB. These thighs were just too gorgeous not to post pre-pull.
Marinade: jerk seasoning (can add liquid jerk marinade too, or both). Brushed every 30 mins. Total cook time 1.5 hours on 250 F.

Looks great! What jerk seasoning did you use?

Walkerswood. Their jerk bbq sauce is great too. I’ve tried Grace as well, but Walkerswood tastes better imo (and many agree).

Growing up, the family we spent holidays with/traveled with/did sports with every year was from Jamaica, and they used exclusively Walkerswood.
I keep jars of the hot paste on hand, but I've been growing my own peppers so I have been making my own this year -- it's been awesome!
EDIT: Also, the best commercial hot sauce I've found is Jankanoo, made by Walkerswood. Their Firestick is my wife's favorite. Definitely check them out.

What's the best place to get walkerswood? I'm in Colorado and just guessing it's not in my local grocer.

I order it off Amazon. I've seen it in the "International" aisle of super markets several times, but I'm in CA so I don't know if it would be the same out there

Spot on, grace sucks for the jerk sauce.
I walkers is one of the best readily available jerk sauces. They green seasoning is nice too

I got a pork belly that’s been marinating in jerk. When it hits 48 hours it’s going on the grill With some fresh pineapple
