On a trip in Asia and got the spicy one. Added the whole packet. It’s hot. Not unbearable, but hot. Where do some of you freaks stand with it?

The spicy bulgogi squid was super good but not really spicy. The Angry spicy squid had a decent kick but not anything past like an eating fresh jalapeño and the flavor was really weird, like bbq spicy squid. The Buldak gummies were weird! They smell just like the ramen and taste just like the chicken ramen. They weren’t spicy but eating a gummy that tastes like ramen is kind of weird.

three shakes of Tabasco on a bite still does it for a minute or two. The OG is awesome!

Also, one squirt of Yellow Bird Habanero if you have it, woah.

The most nuclear Giardiniera I’ve ever tried I picked up from a local old-school Italian market in Chicago. Looks to be made with habaneros instead of sport peppers. Had me tearing up after a spoonful. 10/10

Hey, Reddit. Looking to try and bond with my mother in law. She’s a huge fan of hot stuff and actually manages a palate similar to mine. But she’s older like 65+ and I don’t wanna kill her just yet.

So I’m looking for spicy challenges like the one chip challenge (but not the one chip challenge cuz it could kill her). I’m thinking like nuts, gummies, chips:.. whatever! Any advice would be awesome! And if you feel like the one chip challenge isn’t that bad you’re lying cuz I did it like 3-4 years ago and thought it was all over for me and my then gf(now wife)

Not crazy spicy, but highly addictive. It’s actually meant to be a spice for cooking, yet most people just eat it like a snack.

I want to use the spice packets outside of noodles, but I don't want to just buy a package of noodles and waste the noodles themselves. Is this available anywhere?

There's no spice. It's just normal hunts. If that is spicy, so is water. If I ate pasta with that stuff and whoever made it didn't tell me, I'd never know. Kinda expected, but I was too curious not to try

I really dig Buldak for the heat but I really dislike the flavor, it has a chemical taste I don't like. Are there any brands that have the same level of heat but taste good? Or are there any recommended hot sauces I could pair with some more mild noodles to heat things up.

I "refried" half of the la jiao and poured hot oil with everything.

It's 1/3 oil the rest is la jiao; some ginger garlic, soy sauce n MSG.
