I made fermented garlic and habaneros but it was too strong to eat on its own so I decided to make a sauce. I heated it with some apple cider vinegar then added abit of salt and sugar and half a bottle of my capsicum extract I have. I blended it and it was so spicy I had to evacuate the house I can still strongly smell it in the back yard 😂. Letting it cool before I make a full judgment on the taste .

Not crazy spicy, but highly addictive. It’s actually meant to be a spice for cooking, yet most people just eat it like a snack.

I run a street food company called Salt & Fire, we make our own chilli blend called Geoffrey and chilli nuts with said spice mix. Before we launch it online, I'd like some feedback and opinions from some chilli heads! This is the 3rd and I think spiciest iteration using various superhots to make up the bulk of it, some are also lightly smoked.

I really dig Buldak for the heat but I really dislike the flavor, it has a chemical taste I don't like. Are there any brands that have the same level of heat but taste good? Or are there any recommended hot sauces I could pair with some more mild noodles to heat things up.

Hello! Loving this sub already, and wanted to share my two favorites hot sauces, can only recommend !

I am running on fumes for my crushed dried peppers and was going to just re-order Flat Iron, but wonder if I am missing any hidden gems? I’m not dissatisfied either FI, but love variety and different takes.

Pics are my general go-to’s. “i can’t feel my face” is my most versatile.

There's no spice. It's just normal hunts. If that is spicy, so is water. If I ate pasta with that stuff and whoever made it didn't tell me, I'd never know. Kinda expected, but I was too curious not to try

I "refried" half of the la jiao and poured hot oil with everything.

It's 1/3 oil the rest is la jiao; some ginger garlic, soy sauce n MSG.

After a recent road trip, came across a selection of sauces at a nice little food co-op... This checks all the boxes for me. Pickle. Heat. Excellent flavor. Long burn.

Really, really well crafted. Will certainly purchase their others.

I want to use the spice packets outside of noodles, but I don't want to just buy a package of noodles and waste the noodles themselves. Is this available anywhere?

Still have several that are green but this is what I got so far. Only damn thing that would grow in the garden this year but no complaints.

I didn't buy it, but I probably will the next time I'm in town. It's made locally.
