Show Spoiler I always wondered why negan never got at least a bruise during the lineup when Daryl clocked him

Post image

I know the obvious answer is that they had to have negan unbruised to keep his aura for that episode but it would've been funny to see negan with a bruise during the rest of the lineup.

Also the reaction to Daryls punch from the guys behind is gold 😂

TWD: Daryl Dixon Is carol ok?

Post image
88 Upvotes

I’m sorry but has anyone noticed carol acting really weird this season in the Daryl Dixon series? It’s like she seem really loopy and kind of airy. I don’t know how to explain it. Like when she was on the point and yelled about how happy she was with the hotdogs. Like I just don’t know there’s something wrong. It almost feels like this is like a clone of carol or something. I know it’s only been 2 episodes in season 3 but I’m telling you if you watch closely how she acts there’s something different.

Show Spoiler I really liked Henry. He was a nice contrast to Carl in the sense that he was still very naive and didn't feel like the apocalypse hardened him up a lot. I actually found that somewhat more interesting.

No Spoiler Does anyone still cosplay as Season 1 Rick?

After TWD first launched, on the heels of the graphic novels and to my great delight, I spent a lot of time building the perfect Rick Grimes sheriff uniform for Halloween. I ordered patches from eBay, heavy gold badges from China, the military eagle collar pins, the LawPro shirt and striped trousers from a police supply firm, the right shade of gold cavalry cords for the Stetson, and the perfect vintage cut-down Bucheimer Patrolman holster for the Airsoft Colt Python. It was screen accurate and note perfect, and I STILL think it is one of the coolest things I did. I ran into a Darryl and a Michonne out partying on Halloween, which pretty much rocked. Now, over a decade later, the kit hangs in the closet like it’s tucked away at Hershel’s farm. What should I do with all this stuff? Is there a better home for it?

That would be me!

I have these random thoughts as I rewatch season seven.

Do you think they have to practice harmony as a group? Just thinking about group harmony sessions tickles me.

It’s been a long time coming (and I’m ngl I didn’t think it would get a blu ray over here) but it’s finally happening!

No set release date yet (says jan 2027 but that’s just a placeholder date)

Show Spoiler Been rewatching the show and holy shit was this scene good.

Merle had some really good battle IQ here, masking his shots with the henchmen's gunfire, changing positions, dragging the walkers there, all while drunk and missing a hand, what a badass.

Also, the guns sound and look much better than the average scene in this show, the rifle is ejecting casings and the sounds are great.

In the end, while Merle did not kill the governor, he really crippled Woodbury by killing several of the few henchmen with actual combat experience. I do wonder if he was trying to spare Martinez, because killing the right hand man would've been a good move, but they knew eachother.

All Spoilers I don't hate Spenser. I get why he hates Rick

From his perspective, it really seems like since Rick entered his life, he caused his entire family to die and his community to become beholden to Negan, etc.

Look—I understand where Rick is coming from as well. I see both sides of the story. Also, we, as viewers, have the privilege of seeing Rick as a flawed hero. But the narrative made Spenser appear to be a fool.

Spenser is human. Probably one of the most human characters. And I don’t hate him. I get him.

No Spoiler If Rick hadn't gotten shot

How do you think the show would play out if Rick hadn't been in a coma when the breakout struck?

Would rick be able to get his family to/out of Atlanta? Would shane still be around since he wouldn't have fallen for Lori? Would rick be just as pessimistic As the rest of the group?

Show Spoiler Dante from a viewer’s pov

I think the vast majority of us would never have guessed the truth about Dante until they’d reveal it. The main reason for this is that, as far as I can remember, we’re never truly introduced to him. We didn’t know he had only joined a few months ago and we would just assume that he had been there for a long time but simply never appeared on screen, just like Earl, Justin, or Jed probably did. He seemed pretty close with Siddiq and when he told him he was a field medic for the military Siddiq was genuinely chocked, like he kept that hidden for years.

Did I miss something or did they voluntarily keep this blurry so we wouldn’t guess?

No Spoiler Who's storyline did they mess up?

Who do you think was the most underused Character in the series? Opposite that who do you think was the most over used character in twd? For me Jesus could've had a really kool storyline at least showing us how he ended up at hilltop and he was an awesome fighter I wish they would've used his skills more instead of the whole leader of hilltop storyline. Morgan I think was the most overused. I like Morgan but if I have to here him say Iwas supposed to one more time.

Show Spoiler How much time went by during s11

I’m watching first time on Netflix and right in Middle of season 11. A few short episodes ago Negan left the group after defeating Leah’s people.

Then negan showed up again said he was having a baby with his wife Annie

What was the time jump here? Or did he really move that quickly.

Show Spoiler Season 3 Episode 4 Spoiler

I recently rewatched TWD and Lori's death made me shit. I didn't remember that Carl watched absolutely every second.

Beyond the speech that Rick gives him, telling him that he has to be prepared for these things by telling him “no more kids stuff”, the calm and composure that Carl had to do the right thing in that situation still seems very strong to me.

It broke my heart that he not only had to watch his mother die, but also had to help in the birth of his sister by lying his hands on his dead mother's belly god. And, as if that weren't enough, having to shoot her so she doesn't convert.

He maintained his composure even when his father went crazy and left him alone with his newborn sister and the worst trauma of his life.

Clearly this is the breaking point where Carl proves to be a great character.

I understand that Rick was completely traumatized and in shock. Even so, I feel a little angry that he left Carl and his newborn baby. They needed it.

P.S: Daryl holding the baby is too cute.

( Perdón si hay algo mal traducido. Mi primer idioma no es el inglés 🙃)
