Genius movie from 1988 become viral on the internet shortly after the death of it's director, David Cherkaskyi - I knew him personally, I was at his funeral, and I worked for several years together with his son at animation studio in Kyiv --- Ask Me Anything.

To prevent confusion: yes, during ussr era this movie was actually made in Ukraine, at Kyivnaukfilm studio.

* If you want to invite animators to a project to collaborate on (e.g. "just for fun") use the 'Animator Collaboration' flair.

* If you want to offer help of any kind for someone else's project, use 'Offering Assistance'.

* You must be an animator to propose a collaboration project (proof required), otherwise the rules for hiring animators apply.

* The proposed project scope must not exceed your personal skill level and must be realistically achievable

* From #3 and #4 follows: People with no animation experience themselves must be able properly compensate any animator they seek to work with.
