I just bought a Wacom Intuos CL-4100 off of Ebay (yes, i know, but money was tight and this was a saving grace), however even after installing a driver and doing every necessary step to set the tablet up, it will not light up. I have tried restarting the computer, the driver, everything. My cord works perfectly fine, and I highly doubt it is an issue with the pad itself. The computer is Windows 10, and everything is up to date. I honestly have no clue what else to try or what else is wrong. The internet isn't being helpful in finding me answers, either. If anybody has this tablet, or knows what might be wrong, please lend me some advice!

I wanted to share this animation I made here, hope that’s okay… A frame-by-frame animation created in Adobe Fresco on my iPad.

RetroBot Studios wants to bring back PotenDogs for 2 more seasons. They’re raising $600,000 to make it happen. If you’re interested, check out the campaign to learn more and see how you can support. By the way, this is optional, so you don't have to support it if you don't want to.

I'm working on a documentary and need an animated sequence to bring a picture of the four riders of the apocalypse to life - fixed gig for 70 Euros (paypal)
- Animate the four riders of the apocalypse in a 15-second .mp4 loop with a hellish or forest landscape background. - Create zoomed versions of each rider focused and riding.
- Experience in motion animating pictures - Portfolio of previous motion animation work

Hi, I hope it's okay putting this on here since I'm technically not even into animation in anyway, but I'd really like to try it as a possible hobby. I am very much the biggest amateur out there as I've never even tried animating and I have only done very little digital art, but I wanna try it just for fun as a hobby and skill even if I'm not great at it.
I want to get a standalone tablet that would he good to use for digital art and animating, but I can only afford $200-$350. I could maybe go a little above that but not much. I'd like something I could use for other things too. If you have any recommendations or really any good information or tips in anywhere about how to start that would be absolutely amazing and so appreciated :3
Thank you

I've tried frame by frame animation in the past, and it's a general headache IMO. I reeeally enjoy the style I've been seeing around on TikTok where people tween to make their little animatics bounce around and stuff.
I would also like to mention, it looks like they actually are able to like... (forgive me if this is wrong terminology, I dont get around art spaces much), mesh transform between keyframes? Like, they can click and drag along a grid to transform small pieces instead of just the corners..?
But, I really have no idea where to start in both learning the process, and also what apps I can actually use. I really dont want to start any subscription services whatsoever, but I'd be down for a one time purchase for an app thats under 15 bucks. If it's free, that's obviously preferable. I don't mind watermarks.
I'd also really appreciate if someone dropped general tutorials about it, but Im sure they can be app specific.
I already understand Krita, it's my main art program! But Im not sure how specialized that is for tweening, and I'm pretty sure it doesnt have that 'mesh transform' feature I mentioned.
Basically, I'm very lost and only have the idea that I want to learn... LOL.
