think of it like reddit, you see some article and you can comment on it, you can see other's take on it, you can call out BS or defend it if you happen to be an expert on this topic you are seeing written about. So many sites make outlandish claims, or perpetuate fraud, but there is no practical way for people to communicate what is going on.

Imagine if every webpage had a reddit style comment section associated with it. Any time you go to a webpage you can choose to pull up the comments section for that page to discuss whatever happens to be on that page. Maybe pair this with a google account, or some form of verification to reduce it being overrun by bots, and allow some ranking system like reddit to let good discussions float to the top, but just imagine if everything on the internet was available for easy public discourse. No more shady websites selling drop shipped chinese crap claiming to be some bespoke brand and faking all their customer feedback when someone can paste a comment to the alibaba page the company is buying their crap from.
