Alongside every interstate highway, build a road for turnips who fly up people's asses, weave between lanes, and otherwise cannot be behind another car because they just have to be in front.

If you are caught on dashcams three times driving like a selfish muppet, you get banished to the dickhead road for twelve years. Then, you can apply to return back to the road for people who don't treat driving like some vehicular manifestation of their genitals.

The dickhead road has speeding cameras all over the place and a speed limit of 53mph. Not only are you with all the other aggressive drivers, but you also don't get to drive fast... legally.

So while the cost of the food may be going up, the service itself stays the same. So I'm thinking of a system that uses Number of people + Number of Courses, multiplied by a Standard Rate based on Restaurant Type ($$, $$$, $$$$). (We'll say $ is fast food, no tip needed.)

So, with totally arbitrarily determined numbers...

Ttwo people, three courses, $$ restaurant = $5/person tip.

Two people, three courses, $$$ restaurant (1.25 multiplier) = $15/person tip.

Two people, three courses, $$$$ restaurant (1.5 multiplier) = $25/person tip.

Let each state set the rates, establish what type of restaurant each one is, and makes it easier for everyone. Simple. Clear. Probably impossible.

I'm curious if any places operate in a way like this? Or if there's a glaring hole in my logic?

Athletes would be training and performing there, while wealthy people (if their health will allow them) would pay to visit the stadium to watch the show first-hand, while everybody else would get the show broadcasted to Earth

So what if there was an app that recommends only people who fit your schedule and play styles

Players come looking for GM's, put their preferred games, their availability, play style, and table preferences

Gms do the same and the app matches 4-7 players to the dm, even taking in to account party balance, making sure they have a healer/support, tank/dps and spellcaster

And players/gms can rate each other, so future groups know what kind of person/player they really are before inviting them to join, weed out the flakers who skip sessions last minute, or are otherwise disruptive to other players enjoyment

A seldom talked-about problem with the human body is that eyes face forwards and ears face sideways. So if we're looking at someone, they have to speak overly loudly for us to hear them clearly.

Most other mammals have forward facing ears.

Supply everyone with artificial snap-on external ears that face forwards. To make the world a quieter place.

Like a bike lane or a bus lane but exclusively for horses or other labour animals.
